Bradley Beach Basement Finish
This Bradley Beach basement went from uninhabitable, to extra sleeping space for family and airbnb guests. All the pluming and infrastructure was framed in. Access panels were added for the wash outs. Electrical out lets were added. Drop ceiling with recessed lights were installed. This project was finished with pergo flooring, a custom barn door for closet space, trim and paint. Adding this livable square footage not only enhanced the functionality of this home, but also increased the equity $$$
Allentown Bathroom Remodel
Pay attention to the window as a focal point of this transformation. First the bathroom was demoed and the closets were removed. Plumbing was moved and added to accommodate the new layout. The free standing tub was put where the old vanity was ,and the new vanity and toilet were added where the closets were. The water closet for the old toilet and stall shower were removed and replaced with a gorgeous custom walk in shower. This is the perfect blend of contemporary beach vibes!
